*Sniff*

I didn't figure myself to be this sentimental--I posted an item for sale on craigslist this morning, then felt choked up the entire way to school.

I love you, Bonneville, and I'll miss you when you're gone. But you just don't make the most sense for me at this stage in my life. *Sniff.* ...

I understand, just how you feel...to quote the old song. I always feel nostalgic when "part of me" is not any longer. You have to understand, I grew up saving everything, and could barely stand to part with a paper lunch bag after using it for 5 days. Witness, your Dad, like I, still drives past our old (really old) house on occasion and it has been 34 years since we lived in it.
Good luck with the "right" buyer.

I felt the exact same way when I sold my old car. Even if the muffler was gone, I'd spent $$$ reparing the radiator a few months before after nearly being stranded between IC and St. Paul, and went for most of a summer without AC. Heck, I *still* miss the car occasionally.

On the other hand, I love my new car...a Honda civic :-). Yay for great gas mileage!
