Guantanamo Plus!
A leaked UN report states that "treatment of detainees at Guantanamo Bay constitutes torture in some cases and violates international law."

This is a really neat tool that approximates real estate value. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have Delaware yet, but it is nevertheless a fun way to kill time better spent elsewhere (or a potential tool if you're looking to buy or sell real estate, I suppose).

Incidentally, there is wide speculation that the label of "NLEC" actually indicates that a detainee so labelled was never actually an enemy combatant. Consistent with the administration's policy of refusing to admit fallibility.
There are believed to be nine men now determined no longer to be enemy combatants (17) who remain detained in Guantanamo despite a decision by US authorities at Guantanamo that they should be released and despite a District Court ruling in two of the cases that their continued detention at Guantanamo is unlawful. They are held in Camp Iguana, the facility at Guantanamo once used to hold juvenile detainees.(18)
