"I would probably say that, in the long run and in the overall scheme of things, our biggest problem has been camaraderie. All 53 players have to be together. You can't have 52 players together and one person apart. It's like a puzzle. The puzzle is never finished until you have that last piece, even if you take years and years to work on it.
