Substance
The previous post was lifted directly from the February 2000 edition of the Tatnall Literary Magazine, and indeed how literary it was.
As far as the rest of my life, I've 2 1/2 trash bags full of clothing to be gotten rid of, with perhaps more on its way out. Tomorrow will be putting-things-in-boxes day.
My computer died the other day when I removed my Linux partitions, but my dad was able to resurrect it. Hurray for him! As a result, though, I've been forced to reinstall some programs. Luckily I don't store any information whatsoever on my C drive, only programs.
I've been enjoying The Smithsonian Collection of Classic Jazz, which was lent to me by my kind Grandfather, who teamed with my mother to lose spectacularly in pinochle the other night. Doubly kind of him.
The night before, N & P were over for dinner, and it was good to see them.
Now I'm a little sad though, since I had thought Summer was coming on Thursday but she's actually coming on Friday. This will likely mean a middle of the night trip to Golden Castle or some similarly charming place on Friday night with Summer and Lauren, and then preparations Saturday morning for my graduation party, which is still lacking in young blood. If you're in the area or can make it here, and I somehow overlooked you, please come Saturday at 1. It'll be a blast, I promise. Otherwise, ha! We'll do just fine without you.
But yeah, so then it's almost Italy time. It's rather surreal having to move out of my room here and prepare for a trip to Italy at the same time. Not to mention considering various aspects of the move-in to immediately follow the return to this side of the pond. At least I'll have more company than I originally anticipated for the initial move-in!

the Clothing Bank of DE will gratefully accept your bags of clothese; infact their Tuesday delivery man will take them himself, if you save them until the party when we will take them home with us, to be delivered after Italy...xon
