Pete & Pete

If I ever had the slightest doubt, which I don't think I did, watching the first season of "The Adventures of Pete & Pete" on DVD has confirmed that the show was pure genius and basically had no place on the medium that has produced "Blind Date" (which I have been watching as I've placed all but 5 days worth of clothes into luggage). Man, it's good.

Speaking of packing, there's going to be a lot of stuff in my car come July 18. I keep finding pictures that I'd forgotten about, of guinea pigs and Alex as a little guy and Ireland. I will have fun trying to get organized with the time by myself later this summer.

And speaking of summer, she will be a-rollin' in tomorrow. Well, Lauren will be a-rollin' in and Summer will be flying in later. Ha! I'm such a card. Anyway, I can't wait. And hopefully Saturday's festivities will go well, too.
