Hey Makki,
It looks really nice!!! Your poor wee bro was foisted into 3 brief public speaking engagements today... ha ha!!! He is even now at some hipster concert at the tla in Philly. Poor lad had to sit with me at the Senior banquet... I think an apt name for our table would have been "the shy parents table". I lived, it was fun.
It looks like you and Summer did fine picking an apartment all by yourselves... I had faith in you guys. I'm developing mental pictures or your mother and me checking out Providence, taking you and Summer to dinner and sleeping on your nice, hard livingroom floor... It could happen... I'm excited for you both!!!

It looks super...just like a first apt. is supposed to look. The building looks well kept and the living room is great. We are so excited for you. Congratulations...we knew you could do it. Picture PP and me, setting off for FL at age just 20 and 21 and wondering what we would find when we got there. It wasn't as nice as your's looks but we have ever so many happy memories of that first year - plastic furniture and all. I am sure that you are very relieved. xo n
